As we head into the traditional Australian silly season and 2023 comes to a close, we look back on what was a bumper year for imei.
High-performing managed network
High-performing workplace operations are now critical to keeping employees connected with efficient internet access and safeguarded data. That’s why imei’s managed network offerings are being adopted by more companies across Australia. The managed network services include a reliable wired and wireless network, proactive monitoring of traffic and network faults, fast and unlimited internet to maximise workplace productivity, and optimised mobile plans.
International expansion
As more of our customers have offices overseas, being able to offer a unified partner and point of contact to manage enterprise mobility requirements globally, is a significant value add.
Through our role as the Australian services delivery partner to Switzerland-based international Managed Mobility Services organisation GEMA, our international reach extends to delivering managed mobility in over 130 countries.
Security credentials
On the security front, we shored up our Essential Eight credentials. This means we’re compliant with the Australian Cyber Security Essential Eight information security standard as assessed by CyberGRX, a global third-party cyber-risk management platform.
Strategic alliance with Telstra
imei is recognised as a Telstra Platinum Partner for Mobility and Collaboration, Telstra Silver Partner for Data & IP, and has Accredited Telstra Global Partner status for Cloud Services.
And during the year, our founder and CEO Tim Fussell was inducted into Telstra’s Hall of Fame, acknowledging imei’s strategic alliance with the Telco that spans 21 years. We’ve also been recognised as a Telstra Growth Partner which reflects our rapidly growing presence including Queensland.
Office revamp
In celebrating our 23rd birthday earlier this year, our evolution from a mobile phone service and support startup into a whole-of-business communications technology provider was nicely reflected in our office revamp. We officially opened our new office space in October, offering our people a working environment with a stylish aesthetic, contemporary furniture, and fresh styling.
Whole-of-business services
Throughout the year, imei’s whole-of-business services kept our customers’ businesses secure and connected. Our services include the design, deployment, and management of fixed and mobile voice and broadband, VoIP, audio/video conferencing, unified communications, and SD-WAN setups.
