In the just-released Gartner 2022 Magic Quadrant for Managed Mobility Services (MMS) imei international partner GEMA retains its 'Visionary' status for international delivery of mobile managed services.

For 2022, Gartner maintains five categories for core MMS deliverables:
- Sourcing and logistics management - forward and return logistics and recycling,
ordering, and provisioning - Managed UEM - endpoint device provisioning, deployment and management
- Security management - mobile threat defense solutions and professional services capabilities related to mobile security management
- Financial Management - Expense and asset management such as sourcing management, ordering and provisioning management, inventory management, invoice and contract management, usage management, and dispute management and reporting.
- Program management - professional services, help desk services, account management, support, SLAs
Gartner’s perspective of MMS focuses on providers who offer all of the service segments in full, consistently, and take responsibility for device acquisition, day-to-day IT management administration and support for mobile devices. These providers also offer business process services including TEM, asset management and logistics, and help desk services.
Ranking alongside Orange Business Services, Vodafone, Telefonica, HCL Technologies, Calero-MDSL, Tangoe, Sakon, and the new entrants of Wipro and brightfin, Gartner describes Visionaries as having an innovative and disruptive view of mobility and its effect on the enterprise. It also sees Visionaries with the potential to quickly become Leaders, based on the creation of deeper managed services or outsourcing relationships that span tactical and strategic user requirements.
