Tim Fussell is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, establishing the company in November 2000 and continuing to drive imei’s vision, purpose and strategic direction. He’s highly active in promoting imei’s thought leadership, publishing inciteful articles on everything from business connectivity to IoT security challenges, UCaaS transformations, security, and managed services.
As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for imei, Kieran Kirkpatrick is responsible for safeguarding the organisation’s digital assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading strategic initiatives to advance cybersecurity across the business. With a tenure spanning 20 years, Kieran’s blogs serve to highlight his proven experience and expertise in the mobile technology ecosystem.

In her role as QC manger, Emanuela monitors performance to KPIs and SLAs and ensures imei’s world class NPS score is maintained. Emanuela is also responsible for the presentation of imei’s headquarters facility.
Kim James is Director of Customer Success and Supply Chain with a career in customer service, team empowerment and operational efficiency, spanning more than 30 years. She is the newest member of imei’s executive team.
