Challenge
The challenge for NSLHD has revolved around the increasing technology usage and users putting pressure on their IT team and resulting in not being able to process all end user mobile tickets in a timely manner. One potential solution was to outsource support to drive a better experience for end users internally.
Another challenge was centred on having accurate fleet mobile information on which users have what device and which services they are authorised to use.
Lastly, there was a question mark around the usage of mobile services within the fleet, and concern about the potential for services being paid for but not utilised.
